I called on Monday to address this, and when I finally spoke to someone, the only solution offered was to go back to Samantha. Samantha called me to offer a fix but completely denied her unprofessional behavior from that day. Because of her lack of accountability, I refuse to go back to her. I am incredibly disappointed with the poor customer service, the salon's refusal to provide a safe alternative solution, and the botched, uneven haircut.

We are very sorry that you did not have a good experience with us. We have a wide range of pricing between all of our stylists. I apologize that you were not quoted the correct price for the stylist that you were seeing. We did our best to resolve that issue by refunding the difference in price. I do also apologize that we do not have a senior discount, I heard that was an additional source of frustration for you. I have spoken with Sam directly as well as our other stylists and they all thought your hair looked lovely. That being said, if you did not like the result, our policy is to give your original stylist the opportunity to fix it to your liking. We hope to see you again in the future and will do our best to make sure that your experience exceeds expectations.
