This is my dog Rocky's favorite place. He loves walking over there every single day to say hi to his friends (the amazing staff) and to get a little treat. Everyone is super duper nice and they have just about everything you might need for your furry friend. The staff all really love animals. You can tell. So can…
Very helpful at both East Hollywood and Grove locations. We are doing dog training with Rollin currently and that’s great as well.

I’ve been shopping here since the place opened. I got my 6 year old Pearl kitten milk and bottles from her when she was 3 weeks and this place fed her till I went away to college so she is made of like 90% urban pet food. She loves to play, but is quite indifferent towards toys. Today, I went in to get her regular favorites. I was checking out the toys and put my cans on the counter and remarked to a man behind the counter with long black hair that Pearl isn’t usually interested in toys but I am always tempted to get them for myself. He grabbed a toy from the box on the counter, handed it to me, told me it was on the house, and if she would like any toy, it will be this one. I put the Urban pet bag in a grocery bag and before I could even unpack, pearl was rifling through my new purchases. That was about 15 minutes ago and she is still rolling around pouncing on and playing with the toy I was given. Thank you, Urban pet for keeping pearl happy healthy fed over the last half decade plus.

Love that each time I’m purchasing litter for my Ruby, it goes toward a free bag, eventually. Recently fostered a dog named Lola and was able to walk in and out with a necessary collar. I love supporting a small business and tell a lot of my clients/friends to visit! Cute pet sweaters, wide selection of cat and dog dishes, water fountains, carriers, birthday treats, individual treats, toys, vitamins, diets, etc. You name it, they most likely have it! Friendly staff, clean store, large parking lot. See y’all next time.

This is my dog Rocky's favorite place. He loves walking over there every single day to say hi to his friends (the amazing staff) and to get a little treat. Everyone is super duper nice and they have just about everything you might need for your furry friend. The staff all really love animals. You can tell. So can Rocky! If a day goes by when I try to walk Rocky in a different direction, I definitely hear about it from him. He wants to visit them every day!
