The Wellness Hub is a gem of a facility full of amazing practitioners! It’s tucked away off Baymeadows Road near I-95. I see Shannon. She is exceptionally skilled in myofascial manual therapy and also happens to be a wonderful person with pure healing energy. I look forward to every appointment!
I was in Jacksonville for work and really needed a massage. The Wellness Hub was close to my hotel, so I decided to give it a try. I’m really glad I did! The massage was great and exactly what I needed. I was able to actually relax, and it really helped loosen up my back. I left feeling so much better. Definitely recommend!
Had a great first time experience with Lisa! She’s very professional and provided a great deep tissue massage.
My experience was amazing!! I was referred to Tom Cooper for the advanced massage after talking with the receptionist and it was a perfect fit because that’s exactly what I needed. He’s a very intuitive, thorough therapist. He worked out an insane amount of tension my body was feeling. I left floating on a cloud. Highly recommend!!
Received a 90-min advanced therapy cupping massage by Ebony. The massage was absolutely incredible! Very relaxing environment and I will definitely be back.

Really enjoyed my experience at Wellness Hub. The place is very welcoming, comfortable, and has a great atmosphere. Tom was professional, attentive, and took the time to listen to my concerns and focus on the areas where I was experiencing pain. I left feeling significantly better.
