My dog loves it. She paddles in the water runs around playing with her friends and comes home and crashes out.
2nd time using then after trying 3 others…NO PLACE compares to their boarding for our 100# mixed breed dog! Our dog is excited to go for boarding and happy when we return to pick him up. Thank you for the great care you provide!
Wright Pet took very good care of our aging cat and it was a pleasure to deal with . I highly recommend their service!
My dog love this place. He goes to daycare camp and he has so much fun. When he gets home he is so tired from having so much fun. Employees/owner are extremely nice. They love your dogs as much as you do. I give this place a 10.
We send our pup at least once a week. It’s super convenient. Lots of play time and she comes home exhausted! Very clean and professional.
In disbelief. We’ve had our dogs here for short stays and we were happy with everything. This time, we boarded them for over a week for Christmas. I missed my dogs so much. We came home early so I could be with them. The owner, Lisa, told me I could come visit but could not take them home because they couldn’t check…

I'm editing my review now because I use boarding more often than daycare and I'm pretty disappointed. I've taken my dog here for a little over a year now and I've had good experiences with her daycare stays, however, her boarding experience I'm pretty disappointed with. When I went to pick up my dogs blanket from a previous boarding I asked if they had daycare on the weekends which they do not. I asked them if my dog stays in the kennel all weekend to which I was told they get potty breaks and little walks but when I took her for a weekend boarding in July nearly every time I checked the camera she was in her kennel barking. I checked it nearly every hour and if I was in town I would have gone and gotten her. I find this to be really disappointing as shes an energetic dog and needs time to play. Other facilities in the area don't keep dogs in their kennels all weekend. I enjoyed it bringing her because it was a good price compared to other facilities but at this point I'd rather pay more money so I know she can actually play and not be stuck in a kennel for basically two days straight. I absolutely love this place! I've brought my dog, Evie, for day camp and for boarding and it's always such a great experience. I love being able to receive her report card and photos as she's there as well as the cameras. The staff is always great and everything is very cleaned and maintained. My dog is always so excited to go and has a blast!

I would like to start out by saying i was recommended to the Wright Pet Boarding by multiple people so i didn't think it was necessary to investigate any further than the basic information. Boy was I wrong. The facility is inside a huge office building surrounded by parking lots. NO natural light in the kennel rooms and the interior of the building is extremely outdated and dingy. I would be able to overlook these things if i felt comfortable with the staff. It was my first time there i wasn't offered to see the facility or walk me through a day at boarding, she just took my dog and didn't say anything else. This left me extremely uncomfortable. I was sold something completely different. If you board you have to pay extra for your dogs to have more than just a potty break. Its crazy that people leave their dogs in their kennels all day cramped in a back hall closet and its very unethical on their part. I ended up taking my dog back immediately. I will not be returning or recommending. And when i asked for my deposit she couldn't guarantee it and said the owner was out. Very Sketchy. I want my deposit back!
We are disappointed that your visit to The Wright Pet was unsatisfactory. We have refunded your deposit. I would like to point out that the most popular boarding option is our Suites. They are spacious and the majority have at least 2 windows providing lots of natural light. I want to also apologize for not having our daily care properly communicated to you. All boarding dogs are taken for walks several times each day and we offer daycamp to our borders at a deep discount. Our daycamp area is particularly large with loads of windows and a 1400 sq ft outdoor area. It is unfortunate that you did not take us up on our offer to tour the facility prior to making your reservation. We love to show it off and make sure everyone is comfortable with our facility, services and personnel.

I told her, “but it’s Christmas”. She told me if she broke the rules, it would be a poor example. When we did come to get them on 12/26, she was sitting there and didn’t say a word. We got home and realized our Frenchie literally had dried crap stuck all over her bottom. I sent an email with pictures and she told me she noticed yesterday and “she made a note for that” OMG
We understand how upsetting this was for you and hope that you will give us a chance to regain your trust.
