We've been bringing our cat Midna here for 3 months now and they take great care of her! She's a long hair and her coat was overgrown, we tried keeping up with it but they were able to help thin it out. She seems so much more comfortable and happy after each appointment. This was a great experience! Kayla took time to ask just what I was hoping for with the groom and I left Marlowe feeling very at ease knowing she would be well cared for. Kayla did a great job and Marlowe looks adorable and I believe she had a great time and loved all the attention! Thank you 😊

Unique location in a business park building, walk up the steps, in the doors and you have to walk to the office toward the end of the hall, once in the hallway they will see you. Busy place but great scheduling and communication. All we needed was brushing and wash and the dogs took to everything fine. They smell good and have less hair as the seasonal shedding is kicking in! They have different services and breed specific grooming too. Great place that's close and easy to deal with.

Very friendly & professional. Willing to answer questions & listen to my grooming requests. Tammy runs a tight ship & is super organized. My groomer was Jessica & she nailed it!! My 2 dogs look even better than what I described & they were done quickly! I’m having back/leg issues so Tammy & Jessica even brought my pups to the car! Prices are within local trends & comparable to other facilities in the area.
My only “complaint” is the noise level. The doggy daycare dogs were barking nonstop & it was hard to hear the humans. One of my dogs is sound sensitive & I was worried about his stress levels. I was told he handled it like a champ.
Otherwise, I highly recommend this grooming facility.

Great first experience having my boy groomed at Bailey’s Bark! He’s a big 100 pound plus boy, with lots of Love, a bit of Anxiety to dryers and some two year old stubbornness. He’s went in with lots of double coated hair and came out a Handsome fluff ball. His coat was soft and lighter and his overgrown jowls were thinned out and “repaired”. Thankfully Jessica knew not to shave a double coated dog! ( I’ve seen other Berners “ accidentally shaved” because the Groomer didn’t know the breed.)
Jessica, was so caring. Even to me, as I very recently had hip surgery, and she was so helpful to help me as I could not navigate steps while holding the dog, as an abundance of caution. She even helped me get him into the car when leaving. Jessica also gave me education on better care for my pups coat in such a non judgemental way, in between visits. Yes, there are less expensive places to go. But the value I received matched the price I paid. I could tell when he got home he was so much more comfortable. Less itchies. Much cooler in these really hot days, and he’s sleeping much better.
Even better, Jessica explained what she was able to complete and what she could not due to some of his anxiety he was having. She did not force it. I so appreciate a groomer who meets the pup where he is at and not the other way around.
I do plan to return and am grateful to be able to support a local business.
