I've been using Thermo Direct for several years. They're responsive and affordable. I've had a particularly difficult warranty issue with parts availability problems, but Anica has really worked hard to get the problem resolved with the manufacturer, who was not being very cooperative. Kudos to Anica and Thermo Direct.
I was very pleased with the professional services provided. The techs were on time and provided great feedback on the work needed and what was done. The extra effort to secure a needed part on Friday afternoon to get repairs made before the weekend was very much appreciated.
I received excellent AC maintenance service. I can't say enough about the technician and how professional, punctual, courteous, and kind he was during the service call.
