Rome the technician was super professional and guided me through the repair process. He was super helpful, personable and explained everything. The company is very quick to service and did this in the middle of a heatwave. I had a technician within 24 hours. Highly recommend this technician and company.
The technician Aaron that visited my house today for a fall winter, was very knowledgeable and very straightforward about the condition of my unit and any future issues that I should consider. What I appreciated was that there was no hard sell only advice that I may want to look at for future. Very happy with the service so far.

Aaron did a phenomenal job during a check up. Identified a problem, stayed with it until he exhausted all options, and came back to complete the fix as soon as he had the part. Even pointed out a repair I need to do in my attic, unrelated to the HVAC. Stellar work!
Ben did a Great job doing my System service. He was very informative & clean.
Great Tech. Worked to find the problem and fix it

Thermodirect is usually very responsive. If they aren’t able to resolve the issue the first time, they usually send someone until the work is completed to our satisfaction.
Just had my yearly maintenance done and the the technician, Darion was very professional and thorough in his work.
Service was outstanding , Rotley showed up on time. Pointed out everything that was wrong , had everything fixed within a timely manner.💙

I am pleased with Christian's visit today. He provided excellent service in diagnosing my issue. Unfortunately, I am very displeased with Thermo Direct as a whole. From day one it's been terrible. They did a very good job installing this. The installers took notice that the current electrical wire size was to small for the heater so they had their electrical guy come out and change it out. I've been using Thermo Direct for several years. They're responsive and affordable. I've had a particularly difficult warranty issue with parts availability problems, but Anica has really worked hard to get the problem resolved with the manufacturer, who was not being very cooperative. Kudos to Anica and Thermo Direct.
I was very pleased with the professional services provided. The techs were on time and provided great feedback on the work needed and what was done. The extra effort to secure a needed part on Friday afternoon to get repairs made before the weekend was very much appreciated.
