Araron unclogged a condensate line. Professional and honest. Thank you Aaron!
Very nice technicians. Quick response times and very professional. I highly recommend the company.
The technician Aaron that visited my house today for a fall winter, was very knowledgeable and very straightforward about the condition of my unit and any future issues that I should consider. What I appreciated was that there was no hard sell only advice that I may want to look at for future. Very happy with the service so far.
Tech very pleasant, respectful, and professional. Very friendly.
Terrance was wonderful! He arrived 10 mins early and was so kind and communicative. He even double checked if, because I had a call to take, his tools would be too loud for the 30-mins I had to concentrate. Would welcome him back to our home anytime. Thanks so much, Terrance.
Aaron was on time, knowledgeable and professional. Been using Thermo Direct for several years and hires the best technicians. Great customer service as well.
Felippe was WONDERFUL!! On time, professional, thorough, kind, and helpful! I've been with Thermo Direct for a while now and am very pleased with their services. I feel like they WANT to take good care of me and they do!
Aaron did a phenomenal job during a check up. Identified a problem, stayed with it until he exhausted all options, and came back to complete the fix as soon as he had the part. Even pointed out a repair I need to do in my attic, unrelated to the HVAC. Stellar work!
Great Tech. Worked to find the problem and fix it
Love these folks. Always call them with confidence they will do what they can to solve any issues we have with our system!
Felipe Garcia was very professional and nice he was amazing and very knowledgeable about his job hundred stars
Service was outstanding , Rotley showed up on time. Pointed out everything that was wrong , had everything fixed within a timely manner.💙
Thermo direct did a great job installing an Goodman SD 3.5-ton Inverter HVAC system. They replaced an incorrectly installed system by moving the air handler from the closet to the attic. Eddie Blanchard: HVAC Licensed Sale Rep that provided sound technical advice and warned me what to look out for with other…
Campbell with Thermo Direct is a very kind and knowledgable person and it was a pleasure having him here. I would highly reccomend him
Mr Rome has always done an outstanding job. I called 2 roofing experts to inspect the issue. Neither could find the problem. In less than 10 minutes Mr Rome identified the issue. I want to commend him and recommend that he is rewarded for the excellent job he is doing. He deserves a raise accompanied with a promotion. Thank you.
Once again so happy with service! Special shout out to Felipe! He was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable.
Thermo Direct sent a great individual to do my estimate and the two gentleman who installed my HVAC system were courteous and worked hard. The service went downhill from there. The inspection was scheduled for the city to inspect the unit and ensure it was installed correctly and compliant with current housing…
Campbell was GREAT! He noticed my system was having issues during my regular maintenance appointment. He was not able to fix it that day so he came back a week or so later. He was determined to figure out the issue and didn’t stop til he did. My AC is working better than it ever has
Bought a Dykin fit one year ago. The system has fell to work the way it was supposed to. I call the company over and over again to fix the system. I use Thermo Direct for my maintenance of my hvac system. I have been using them for years now, and I plan on using them for many years to come. Whenever I have needed service, they were there either the same day or in the next 24 hrs of my call. They are super responsive and this is something I truly value in a…
Rome recently came in and did a routine maintenance and did an amazing job, very detailed and wise for his age. Awesome conversation with me too!!!! Our home which was built five years ago had poorly installed A/C and Duct work by the builders vendor. Which lead to a coil leak and duct work coming apart.…
AJ was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful overall was a great experience 👍🏻
I've been using Thermo Direct for several years. They're responsive and affordable. I've had a particularly difficult warranty issue with parts availability problems, but Anica has really worked hard to get the problem resolved with the manufacturer, who was not being very cooperative. Kudos to Anica and Thermo Direct.
Rome was very professional on the diagnostics visit. I was pleased when Rome was sent back to do the repair. Rome was a pleasure to work with on my heating problem. There should be more professional, pleasant repair people in the world like Rome. Great service!
Aaron did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and well mannered. I will definitely recommend.

I was very pleased with the professional services provided. The techs were on time and provided great feedback on the work needed and what was done. The extra effort to secure a needed part on Friday afternoon to get repairs made before the weekend was very much appreciated.
Wow amazing customer experience! I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Thermo Direct. We had 4 companies quote our HVAC replacement job. Thermo Direct not only had the best price, but the best actual analysis of our system to determine what we needed. David came out to the site, put on mask and…

Quinton was an awesome technician, very knowledgeable.
Great job. When you lose AC in NC in June, it's bad. Their responsive was fantastic, however the ground cover around my AC unit were almost completely destroyed. I get it you have a job to do, but let me know and let's work from there. Oddly enough I would recommend this company.
QUENTIN WAS GREAT. HE MADE THE DIAGNOSIS QUICKLY AND HAD THE REPAIR DONE FAST AS WELL. HE WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL THE WHOLE TIME. I WOULD RECOMMEND THERMOCARE TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS THEIR SERVICES.

Great service
Terrifically helpful technicians who explained the problem, direct fixes, and then consulted on some things that will help the system better perform over the coming years.
Thermo Direct was very responsive, professional and ultimately got the job done. This experience was the complete opposite of my experience with a different company that came out to try to fix our A/C. Janette was extremely helpful and professional when we called and was very accommodating to our needs, she answered…
