Quick easy did an excellent job
Thermo direct did a great job installing an Goodman SD 3.5-ton Inverter HVAC system. They replaced an incorrectly installed system by moving the air handler from the closet to the attic. We love thermo direct! Our AC went out after a massive storm caused our drainage pipe to clog, and in this humidity and heat, I knew exactly who to call. Less than a day later and the AC was back on ice cold! They’re always on time, communicating with them on any area of concern is responsive and professional. They…
Been using Thermo Direct for a few years now, they always have top flight techs show up and do thorough work, the latest was a furnace check by their tech Luis. Thermo Direct were very up front about their products and their processes and they were true to their word. They have quality control managers who check every step of the installation. They were also very willing to learn from a mistake some newer employees made that resulted in a new error they'd never seen before.…
Loved it. Very professional.
Workers were efficient, thorough, and knowledgeable . They replaced downstairs HVAC unit and thermostat, performed several follow up inspections, and sold me maintenance contract. Rome recently came in and did a routine maintenance and did an amazing job, very detailed and wise for his age. Awesome conversation with me too!!!! Quentin and Christian were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They were meticulous in our maintaining our HVAC systems. Quentin explained how we can better utilize our electric air filtration system to improve our home air quality. They were great guys. I highly recommend their friendly customer service and products.
Wow amazing customer experience! I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Thermo Direct. We had 4 companies quote our HVAC replacement job. Thermo Direct not only had the best price, but the best actual analysis of our system to determine what we needed. David came out to the site, put on mask and…

Thermo Direct is one of the best business I've had the pleasure of dealing with. First of all, they had someone come out to give an estimate the day after I called. Most other companies take at least a week and try to blame their incompetency on Covid. Next, the estimate was very fair. Another company want 3…
