I bought and had a brand new 2.5ton Goodman HVAC, installed and two brothers did the total installation. They did everything as promised and the whole installation went so well, as these guys new their work and fully completed the work to perfection.
Thermo Direct has the best experience. They not only give great customer service, they also give options. I highly recommend them.

Brandon was very thorough. The rep outside unit had pine straw at the bottom of the unit. Asked him to clean and he did. He gave me recommendations that would improve the quality in the air.
