Service tech Rotney was excellent. I will ask for him specifically next time. Thermo Direct is excellent to do business with.
I bought and had a brand new 2.5ton Goodman HVAC, installed and two brothers did the total installation. They did everything as promised and the whole installation went so well, as these guys new their work and fully completed the work to perfection.

The technician Aaron that visited my house today for a fall winter, was very knowledgeable and very straightforward about the condition of my unit and any future issues that I should consider. What I appreciated was that there was no hard sell only advice that I may want to look at for future. Very happy with the service so far.

Aaron did a phenomenal job during a check up. Identified a problem, stayed with it until he exhausted all options, and came back to complete the fix as soon as he had the part. Even pointed out a repair I need to do in my attic, unrelated to the HVAC. Stellar work!
Felipe was prompt, courteous and spent a lot of time diagnosing the issue and then explaining the issue to me and how we can fix it. Very satisfied with the service provided by him. Thank you!
We couldn’t be more pleased with the outstanding work installing our downstairs HVAC unit. This is actually the second time (Austin&Cam)he has installed a unit for us — he previously installed our upstairs system (Austin&Zach)— and once again, he exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, he was professional,…

The young man that came to my home to do a maintenance check on the AC Heat unit. Was very professional, I did find it amusing that we both had the same last name. But seriously he did a great job.

Ben Adams did a great job! He was on time, provided a heads up when he was on the way, respectful of property, reviewed photos of my equipment and answered all questions. My regular maintenance plan ensures the new installation their company did lasts and is preventative so I don't have to worry about hot summers or cold winters.

Thermo Direct was great and professional. Let me know everything that was going on as they were doing the installation. Made sure everything was working correctly. There was an issue with the fuse during installation, but they made sure to come out the next morning to fix it. They were really great especially the 2 install guys.

Thermodirect came out... not pushy. Gave us a great quote to replace our current unit (we had a bunch of people come out to give us competing quotes). They scheduled a quick turnaround during the holidays. Got two guys out here to get everything installed. They came out at 10 and were done before 3:30. Had a breaker…
Installed new Daiken heat pump , ewc control board, Daiken thermostats and also a normal water heater. The tech did a very good job identifying the problem. The coil in my house was leaking. The unit is one year 2 months old. They have to get a new coil that is covered by warranty. They wanted to charge me a $200 shipping fee to ship a 5 lb coil from Texas to North Carolina in 10 days. They also wanted to initially…
Once again so happy with service! Special shout out to Felipe! He was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable.
Thermo Direct sent a great individual to do my estimate and the two gentleman who installed my HVAC system were courteous and worked hard. The service went downhill from there. My year and half system stopped working, its Sad things aren't made to last, But no matter Thermo Direct was great they ordered the parts needed to fix my system and they came in, in just a few days I was surprised and the repair technician did a fantastic job with the repair and also after he repaired the unit he…
Campbell was GREAT! He noticed my system was having issues during my regular maintenance appointment. He was not able to fix it that day so he came back a week or so later. He was determined to figure out the issue and didn’t stop til he did. My AC is working better than it ever has
Extremely disappointed with this company. The HVAC system was installed incorrectly and started leaking shortly after, damaging my ceiling. I was left without a functioning system for days—not once, but twice. After multiple visits and excuses (blaming the installer, then the equipment), the issue still wasn’t fully…

Great experience with very professional staff, great workmanship. We highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.
He is a respectful and decent person that does the job right. That's why I asked for him all the time the same person.

I am pleased with Christian's visit today. He provided excellent service in diagnosing my issue. Unfortunately, I am very displeased with Thermo Direct as a whole. From day one it's been terrible. The entire unit had to be replaced soon after installing a new one. Not long after that, I had to pay $1500 for repairs…
