Based on a family member's recommendation I had Thermo Direct come out to diagnose my heat pump. They did a complete analysis of my problem and gave me the repair vs. replace data I needed to make an informed decision.
Tech very pleasant, respectful, and professional. Very friendly.
The service technicians are always great. The only complaint is that the scheduling sometimes can be a little bit hard to get lined up because of glitches in the system or something they have to reschedule. This recent technician was the best I've ever had. He was very thorough. Knowledgeable of what was going on. I…
Felipe performed the semi- annual inspection of my two hvac units. He was very professional, personable, and polite. Aaron did a phenomenal job during a check up. Identified a problem, stayed with it until he exhausted all options, and came back to complete the fix as soon as he had the part. Even pointed out a repair I need to do in my attic, unrelated to the HVAC. Stellar work!

Aaron did a great job Auth the Maintenance today!
Thermodirect came out... not pushy. Gave us a great quote to replace our current unit (we had a bunch of people come out to give us competing quotes). They scheduled a quick turnaround during the holidays. Got two guys out here to get everything installed. They came out at 10 and were done before 3:30. Had a breaker…
Finally got my heating fixed. Now l can relax and enjoy the rest of the day
Thermodirect is usually very responsive. If they aren’t able to resolve the issue the first time, they usually send someone until the work is completed to our satisfaction.

Felipe was amazing! He was personable, professional and was truly vested to ensure the job was done correctly. He cares about his customers, even going above and beyond his normal scope, helping me reset a breaker at my breaker box when I tripped it due to having too much plugged in inside. He didn’t have to help…

I felt a difference with the temperature inside within 30 mins and also noted the thermostat reported same. Thanks Rome !!!

Thermo Direct sent a great individual to do my estimate and the two gentleman who installed my HVAC system were courteous and worked hard. The service went downhill from there. The inspection was scheduled for the city to inspect the unit and ensure it was installed correctly and compliant with current housing…
Campbell was GREAT! He noticed my system was having issues during my regular maintenance appointment. He was not able to fix it that day so he came back a week or so later. He was determined to figure out the issue and didn’t stop til he did. My AC is working better than it ever has
Extremely disappointed with this company. The HVAC system was installed incorrectly and started leaking shortly after, damaging my ceiling. I was left without a functioning system for days—not once, but twice. After multiple visits and excuses (blaming the installer, then the equipment), the issue still wasn’t fully…
