Great HVAC technician. Thanks
Lacy was excellent
Rome the technician was super professional and guided me through the repair process. He was super helpful, personable and explained everything. The company is very quick to service and did this in the middle of a heatwave. I had a technician within 24 hours. Highly recommend this technician and company.
Quick and clean installation. Very polite and contentious crew.
HVAC replacement quote was good, comparable to other quote I received. Were quick to install. Quote was received on a monday and unit installed on Tuesday.
We couldn’t be more pleased with the outstanding work installing our downstairs HVAC unit. This is actually the second time (Austin&Cam)he has installed a unit for us — he previously installed our upstairs system (Austin&Zach)— and once again, he exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, he was professional,…
Pleasant and professional. Explaining each step. Very knowledgeable and answered my questions. He was patient with us. They didn't rush.
Justin and team was prompted, professional, quality of installation (Excellent) and answered any questions I asked. Very pleased!!!
We're just getting down to the nitty-gritty of the installation process, but I'm impressed so far with the communication and cooperation of all the folks I've dealt with at Thermo Direct. The installation went very well and we are quite pleased. I would be glad to recommend this company.…
Excellent communication, honest and detailed in inspection of current equipment and detailed in all levels of replacement equipment. Excellent listening skills with NO ‘upselling’ of equipment. Received exactly the information I requested and a clear explanation of all differences between the various equipment and…
Thermo Direct replaced a 30 year old 2 ton gas furnace and AC unit with a new 18 SEER Goodman mini split ducted heat pump, designed by Daikin. This is no mini - significantly larger than expected. And the Daikin technology seems superior. Eddie, the Thermo Direct rep who designed the system sold me by saying he has…
Thermodirect came out... not pushy. Gave us a great quote to replace our current unit (we had a bunch of people come out to give us competing quotes). They scheduled a quick turnaround during the holidays. Got two guys out here to get everything installed. They came out at 10 and were done before 3:30. Had a breaker…
Thermodirect is usually very responsive. If they aren’t able to resolve the issue the first time, they usually send someone until the work is completed to our satisfaction.
Unfortunately time to replace HVAC. Old system was 17 years so not a big surprise just bad timing in the middle of an extreme heat wave. Had a bad experience with prior company and it was like night and day with Thermo Direct. Aaron showed up on time and gave me several options. Looked up the unit he offered and…
Terrance was very professional and knowledgeable. Explained what was done and asked if I had any questions.
Israel and Cameron did a fantastic job installing my new HVAC unit!! Friendly great guys I enjoyed talking with! They installed quickly, and did job right! I will definitely recommend this company again
Every detail was perfect! Great, informative Sales, with hardworking and careful installers, Marcus and Cameron. No dinks in walls or debris left behind. Polite and professional.
Was on time, worked all day to install our new unit. Very professional. Will use for other needs.
Eddie was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient in covering my HVAC install options.l and my questions. Thermo Direct got my installation scheduled quickly and went above and beyond in making meaningful recommendations compared to other HVAC providers.
I have never been happier...the men on the job..Alex & Vieb (viejibet) were so good to us...they went the extra mile to insure our HVAC/Heat system was perfect. Then there is Landis..who talks to us like a daughter. So nice...she & Ayana did everything they said they would do..& were on time. about it.with the…
Extremely disappointed with this company. The HVAC system was installed incorrectly and started leaking shortly after, damaging my ceiling. I was left without a functioning system for days—not once, but twice. After multiple visits and excuses (blaming the installer, then the equipment), the issue still wasn’t fully…
Great experience with very professional staff, great workmanship. We highly recommend this company for your HVAC needs.
Felipe is one of their best if not the best technician they have. He is always super friendly and explains everything in a way I can understand. I've always had great service from this company and if you need HVAC service ask for him!
Very satisfied with the timeliness, professionalism, and quality of service from both the AC/Furnace installation team, customer service and the technical support team. Would definitely recommend.
I want to thank Rotley. He was very professional I would strongly recommend him for future jobs. All aspects of the process were at a high level of professionalism and efficiency. I was treated as a valued customer by all departments. Thank you Thermo Direct!

AJ was impeccable! He not only spent extra time making sure he inspected everything thoroughly, but also sat down with me to explain everything and exactly why I needed to have the things done that he was suggesting. He stayed until the job was done and all of my questions were answered.
I used Thermo Direct to replace my old A/C and Furnace. They were very responsive before and after installation. The installation was very well done and the Daikin Fit Compressor is almost silent. I recommend Thermos Direct and the Daikon Fit A/C compressor.
System installed in one day and is working well.
My service doctor was knowledgeable and prompt. Brian Kelly got to work, explained what how the system works and what may have caused the issue (IN TERMS I COULD UNDERSTAND). He also made adjustments that addressed a concern not initially reported. I'm in good hands!!!
My husband and had a new AC unit and heating system installed by Justin and Jamie today. We had been recommended to use Thermo Direct by our neighbors who had their system installed a couple years ago. I have only praise to give these two. They were prompt in arriving and after I showed them where the heating unit…
Honest and transparent but also quick and beat other companies quotes by a mile. Kept informed every step of the way. Had both HVAC replaced and Water Heater.
Do not honest with their qoute provided To us After installing new unit then they will add more expense.not recommended.
The sales representative, Dave, did an excellent job. In that he took the time to explain everything, was professional and answered all of my questions. In regards to the installation team, Thomas and David, were awesome. They worked non-stop for twelve hours straight to get everything done. It’s only because there…
Awesome. Job very respectful. I will give them a five star rating.
Great service every interaction! Highly recommend! Qwan was attentive and very professional. Agreed to have work done 70% because of him and 30% due to the recommended service.
Thermo Direct were very up front about their products and their processes and they were true to their word. They have quality control managers who check every step of the installation. They were also very willing to learn from a mistake some newer employees made that resulted in a new error they'd never seen before.…

Working with Thermo Direct has been one of the MOST amazing experiences! Believe me, I tried 5 other Heating and AC companies in the same area and after they met me at the house, I was always left with a feeling like they all wanted to UPSELL me on the latest and greatest AC/heat pump... I was in an interesting…
We have been using thermo direct for over a year now. They installed our HVAC/heat pump in the middle of summer 2021. We had contact with several technicians who were responsive and thorough.
