I woke to no heat and an outside temperature on Christmas Eve. After being unable to reach at least 10 other repair services, I finally called Thermo Direct. The tech was here within an hour. I've been using Thermo Direct for several years. They're responsive and affordable. I've had a particularly difficult warranty issue with parts availability problems, but Anica has really worked hard to get the problem resolved with the manufacturer, who was not being very cooperative.
