I was absolutely satisfied, both by the technician and by the sales representative. They were very honest, directed my attention to my choices and the costs, and led me to a very good decision. They had great customer service. They were very safe, respectful and courteous I am a very satisfied customer. Both the…
Thermo Direct is awesome!!!
Rome the technician was super professional and guided me through the repair process. He was super helpful, personable and explained everything. The company is very quick to service and did this in the middle of a heatwave. I had a technician within 24 hours. Highly recommend this technician and company.
We couldn’t be more pleased with the outstanding work installing our downstairs HVAC unit. This is actually the second time (Austin&Cam)he has installed a unit for us — he previously installed our upstairs system (Austin&Zach)— and once again, he exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, he was professional,…
Great Tech. Worked to find the problem and fix it
I am so pleased with the work, dedication, and the professionals who made my new heat pump system possible. Thanks forma great experience .
Thermo Direct replaced a 30 year old 2 ton gas furnace and AC unit with a new 18 SEER Goodman mini split ducted heat pump, designed by Daikin. This is no mini - significantly larger than expected. And the Daikin technology seems superior. Eddie, the Thermo Direct rep who designed the system sold me by saying he has…
Installed new Daiken heat pump , ewc control board, Daiken thermostats and also a normal water heater. After some warranty work for a few weeks, the Daiken heat pump is up and running (they had to call Daiken tech support ). Techs have been nice and on time, with text reminders. They are respectful and wear shoe…
Thermodirect is usually very responsive. If they aren’t able to resolve the issue the first time, they usually send someone until the work is completed to our satisfaction.
Unfortunately time to replace HVAC. Old system was 17 years so not a big surprise just bad timing in the middle of an extreme heat wave. Had a bad experience with prior company and it was like night and day with Thermo Direct. Aaron showed up on time and gave me several options. Looked up the unit he offered and…
Terrance was very professional and knowledgeable. Explained what was done and asked if I had any questions.
Thermo direct did a great job installing an Goodman SD 3.5-ton Inverter HVAC system. They replaced an incorrectly installed system by moving the air handler from the closet to the attic. Eddie Blanchard: HVAC Licensed Sale Rep that provided sound technical advice and warned me what to look out for with other…
Great & very friendly service. I'm completely satisfied with my new AC installation from start to finish.
Every detail was perfect! Great, informative Sales, with hardworking and careful installers, Marcus and Cameron. No dinks in walls or debris left behind. Polite and professional.
Eddie was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient in covering my HVAC install options.l and my questions. Thermo Direct got my installation scheduled quickly and went above and beyond in making meaningful recommendations compared to other HVAC providers.
Very satisfied with the timeliness, professionalism, and quality of service from both the AC/Furnace installation team, customer service and the technical support team. Would definitely recommend.
They were awesome, did a great job. 👍
We had mouse making his home in our ductwork. Thermodirect took care of it!!! They always do a great job for us.
Very pleased with the design, pricing and installation of our new HVAC system and ductwork. Was offered a variety of products and options that would meet our needs and was able to make the best decision for our home. I was very impressed with the professional commitment of members of the sales department, office…
Great company! Quinton was very thorough with his work and analysis. He was on time and efficient!
I used Thermo Direct to replace my old A/C and Furnace. They were very responsive before and after installation. The installation was very well done and the Daikin Fit Compressor is almost silent. I recommend Thermos Direct and the Daikon Fit A/C compressor.
System installed in one day and is working well.
My service doctor was knowledgeable and prompt. Brian Kelly got to work, explained what how the system works and what may have caused the issue (IN TERMS I COULD UNDERSTAND). He also made adjustments that addressed a concern not initially reported. I'm in good hands!!!
My husband and had a new AC unit and heating system installed by Justin and Jamie today. We had been recommended to use Thermo Direct by our neighbors who had their system installed a couple years ago. I have only praise to give these two. They were prompt in arriving and after I showed them where the heating unit…
They did a great job giving me all the facts and providing me with a wide range of options.
Honest and transparent but also quick and beat other companies quotes by a mile. Kept informed every step of the way. Had both HVAC replaced and Water Heater.
Do not honest with their qoute provided To us After installing new unit then they will add more expense.not recommended.
Staff was very professional and informative about the whole process. Took the necessary steps to ensure the best outcome with the limited amount of space provided for installation. Was able to effectively problem solve and execute the solution without compromising the quality. Overall, I appreciated how thorough…
The sales representative, Dave, did an excellent job. In that he took the time to explain everything, was professional and answered all of my questions. In regards to the installation team, Thomas and David, were awesome. They worked non-stop for twelve hours straight to get everything done. It’s only because there…
Awesome. Job very respectful. I will give them a five star rating.
Process was easy, Eddie (project manager) was great to work with, he informed me of things others did not (before we scheduled the installation). Rachel and the ladies in the office were always nice and professional with every call. The installation team was prompt, professional, and everything (hvac install, duct…
Thermo Direct were very up front about their products and their processes and they were true to their word. They have quality control managers who check every step of the installation. They were also very willing to learn from a mistake some newer employees made that resulted in a new error they'd never seen before.…
Workers were efficient, thorough, and knowledgeable . They replaced downstairs HVAC unit and thermostat, performed several follow up inspections, and sold me maintenance contract. All personnel from inspectors snd workmen who came to our home to office personnel I talked with on phone were well informed,…
Thermo Direct installed a new heat pump when mine failed after 10 years. They brought the incorrect part during the installation and it took over a week for them to come back and fix the issue. When we had a really cold snap in December 2022, the heat just wasn't working correctly. It turned out that the…
Very professional and great customer service 👏
AJ was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful overall was a great experience 👍🏻
I've been using Thermo Direct for several years. They're responsive and affordable. I've had a particularly difficult warranty issue with parts availability problems, but Anica has really worked hard to get the problem resolved with the manufacturer, who was not being very cooperative. Kudos to Anica and Thermo Direct.
Chris and his team installed the system in the blazing heat and I didn't have to lift a finger! Great experience. Then Byron and his crew came to follow up and inspect- easy as pie! I felt everyone gave great care and explained everything I needed to know, thanks. Eddie was clear and honest in showing me the different systems to choose from.
Austin and Thomas were absolutely Fantastic!!They replaced our entire system for us today and we are very happy and grateful to have AC again.. Hats off to these guys.. well over triple digit heat index and these boys just kept working!!6 out of 5 stars in every category seriously..I highly recommend this company…
We have been using thermo direct for over a year now. They installed our HVAC/heat pump in the middle of summer 2021. We had contact with several technicians who were responsive and thorough. They even resolved an issue with the flooring which required it to be reinstalled. Since that time we had the yearly…
Wow amazing customer experience! I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Thermo Direct. We had 4 companies quote our HVAC replacement job. Thermo Direct not only had the best price, but the best actual analysis of our system to determine what we needed. David came out to the site, put on mask and…

It is time for us to replace our AC unit. We called Thermo Direct. Dave, the project manager presented a detailed proposal with equipment choices and pricing. Based on our needs, he explained each equipment with impressive knowledge. The installation team also did great job. Excellent customer services. We are very satisfied.
From the first call back to the in- person appointments, estimate, scheduling, installing, and follow-up everyone was knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, timely, professional. I'm looking forward to enjoying our new Ruud HVAC system and continuing our relationship with Thermo direct. There was an unexpected delay…
The Project Mgr. Dave was very good and responded to all our questions. The 3 crew men that came out were very courteous, worked very hard and did not take lunch till the job was completed. Very satisfied customer..
I love the way they take you step by step on time
They did an excellent job. They were very professional, timely, and efficient.
Thermo Direct is a top notch company! Their technicians, office staff, and salesmen are kind, efficient, and professional. I appreciate the quality work, great customer service, high level of safety, and genuine concern this company has for its customers. I will definitely refer my family and friends to Thermo…
Good timely work at a good price. Quite satisfied.
Thermo Direct provides excellent customer service and quality solutions. I only found them when our 15 year old HVAC quit and wanted a comparative quote to our usual service provider. From the moment Jeanette answered the phone it was clear they wanted the business. We now have a new HVAC maintenance provider!
They were quick with coming out for a quote and very nice people to work with. Highly recommended. Pricing is competitive. Thanks Greg and Ms. Janette
First things First, I was so very impressed with the woman Jeanette on the phone. She was knowledgeable, spoke as a true professional and I could tell that she cared. She also told me not to worry that they would figure something out, now as a senior citizen I was concerned about the bottom line. This woman's assurance certainly comforted me.
I think their construction supervisors and service techs are competent enough, but their effectiveness is hampered by internal communication issues. Though the shoddy quality and incomprehensibly bad design of my existing HVAC system was not TD’s fault, they sent out two experienced professionals prior to the…
