Aaron was on time, knowledgeable and professional. Been using Thermo Direct for several years and hires the best technicians. Great customer service as well.
Pleasant and professional. Explaining each step. Very knowledgeable and answered my questions. He was patient with us. They didn't rush.
Excellent communication, honest and detailed in inspection of current equipment and detailed in all levels of replacement equipment. Excellent listening skills with NO ‘upselling’ of equipment. Received exactly the information I requested and a clear explanation of all differences between the various equipment and…
Thermodirect is usually very responsive. If they aren’t able to resolve the issue the first time, they usually send someone until the work is completed to our satisfaction.
Terrance was very professional and knowledgeable. Explained what was done and asked if I had any questions.
Eddie was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient in covering my HVAC install options.l and my questions. Thermo Direct got my installation scheduled quickly and went above and beyond in making meaningful recommendations compared to other HVAC providers.
Felipe is one of their best if not the best technician they have. He is always super friendly and explains everything in a way I can understand. I've always had great service from this company and if you need HVAC service ask for him!
Very satisfied with the timeliness, professionalism, and quality of service from both the AC/Furnace installation team, customer service and the technical support team. Would definitely recommend.
I want to thank Rotley. He was very professional I would strongly recommend him for future jobs. All aspects of the process were at a high level of professionalism and efficiency. I was treated as a valued customer by all departments. Thank you Thermo Direct!
They were awesome, did a great job. 👍
Bought a Dykin fit one year ago. The system has fell to work the way it was supposed to. I call the company over and over again to fix the system. Every time they come out they manage to get they system up and running for a month or two. Now a year into it they want me to buy a maintenance plan or pay to fix a…
Very pleased with the design, pricing and installation of our new HVAC system and ductwork. Was offered a variety of products and options that would meet our needs and was able to make the best decision for our home. I was very impressed with the professional commitment of members of the sales department, office…
I used Thermo Direct to replace my old A/C and Furnace. They were very responsive before and after installation. The installation was very well done and the Daikin Fit Compressor is almost silent. I recommend Thermos Direct and the Daikon Fit A/C compressor.
Aaron came out and gave me what felt like a very honest initial repair vs replace assessment. Our conversation never felt condescending or mercurial; it felt well informed and fair, which is what I was hoping for. I feel hopeful all my future interactions with TD will be the same.
Good professional communication about our HVAC system and what needs to be done but with no sales pressure to do it right away, which we appreciated
Rotley from Thermo Direct did an excellent job installing our new upstairs zone HVAC system. Quick, friendly, thorough and totally professional!
They came on time, even they did a mistake on the quote, they didn't take extra money and assumed their mistake. The work was done very professionally and the person from the office was always helping to ensure a 100% quality. I will trust on them for next services!
The sales representative, Dave, did an excellent job. In that he took the time to explain everything, was professional and answered all of my questions. In regards to the installation team, Thomas and David, were awesome. They worked non-stop for twelve hours straight to get everything done. It’s only because there…
Thermo Direct were very up front about their products and their processes and they were true to their word. They have quality control managers who check every step of the installation. They were also very willing to learn from a mistake some newer employees made that resulted in a new error they'd never seen before.…
Aaron was great- very helpful!
Workers were efficient, thorough, and knowledgeable . They replaced downstairs HVAC unit and thermostat, performed several follow up inspections, and sold me maintenance contract. They were very professional. Explained everything that they did and told me why it was necessary. They even programed the app on my phone. Definately picked the right company and will use them for other services that I might need.
They have provided excellent service from the sale, installation, and maintenance of our new HVAC system. I highly recommend Thermo Direct!
We have been using thermo direct for over a year now. They installed our HVAC/heat pump in the middle of summer 2021. We had contact with several technicians who were responsive and thorough. They even resolved an issue with the flooring which required it to be reinstalled. Since that time we had the yearly…

This was the best company I have worked with in years. They responded within 15 minutes of my placing a request on Angie’s list and did not disappoint me from there until the finished installation. The next day David came out to look at our situation and make recommendations. He was very knowledgeable about his…

Good timely work at a good price. Quite satisfied.
They were quick with coming out for a quote and very nice people to work with. Highly recommended. Pricing is competitive. Thanks Greg and Ms. Janette
I think their construction supervisors and service techs are competent enough, but their effectiveness is hampered by internal communication issues. Though the shoddy quality and incomprehensibly bad design of my existing HVAC system was not TD’s fault, they sent out two experienced professionals prior to the…
