Great Tech. Worked to find the problem and fix it
Installed new Daiken heat pump , ewc control board, Daiken thermostats and also a normal water heater. After some warranty work for a few weeks, the Daiken heat pump is up and running (they had to call Daiken tech support ). Techs have been nice and on time, with text reminders. Thermodirect is usually very responsive. If they aren’t able to resolve the issue the first time, they usually send someone until the work is completed to our satisfaction.

Campbell was GREAT! He noticed my system was having issues during my regular maintenance appointment. He was not able to fix it that day so he came back a week or so later. He was determined to figure out the issue and didn’t stop til he did. My AC is working better than it ever has
