I had a concern with a previous plumbing issue and called Thermo Direct for help. They scheduled my appointment for next day service. Stephen looked into the issue and was very helpful in letting me know the previous problem was no longer an issue. He also fixed a repair in one of the bathrooms and the installation was flawless.
