They did a great job on Merlin's nails. He is less than cooperative for a nail trim. Thank you.
I love that the dogs weren't caged and they were able to have an open area which helped prevent them from getting so anxious and stressed. The people seem to really enjoy what they do and they did a fantastic job trimming my Australian shepherd's hair clipping her nails. Overall she looked amazing coming out. Highly recommend
Thia groomed my small dog. She complained about my dogs behavior in front of other customers and even looked at other customers as if they would agree with her. Thia is unaware, but a few years prior, she complimented my dogs behavior. My dog has been groomed by other area groomers with the utmost positive…
Really impressed with all of it! It was the first time our girl had been proffensionalt groomed, and they did a fantastic job! She's never looked so good. Also, she seemed like she'd had a great time, which was a huge relief. Definitely recommend!
Ripley is the only dog I’ve had who runs the opposite direction from my shower, the bathtub, or the garden hose on a brutally hot summer day. Penny works her magic and does a wonderful job bathing Ripley and trimming her nails, and says she’s no bother to her. Go figure!! Penny at Thia Pets is my go-to and I highly recommend her! Thanks!
I have a 105 lb Old English Sheepdog, Douglas. Harley does a wonderful job grooming him. He always comes home smelling good too!

After a traumatic experience with a previous groomer, I was searching for someone new to groom my Shih Tzu. I came across Thia Pets, and I honestly couldn’t be happier! At his first appointment, he was absolutely terrified. He clung to me and was shaking because he was so scared. By his second visit, he still needed a little encouragement to get through the door, but the moment the groomer took him and placed him on the floor, he took off running, playing, and having the best time! Seeing that transformation means more to me than I can express. Knowing he’s not only being well cared for but is actually comfortable and happy makes all the difference. The staff is incredibly kind, and my dogs always look amazing and smell wonderful! I especially appreciate the free-roaming, stress-free environment they provide. It’s clear that the dogs’ comfort and well-being are just as important to them as the quality of their grooming. I’m so grateful to have found Thia Pets and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a groomer who truly cares about their furry clients! 🐾❤️

Thank you so much for the review! We do love what we do ♡

Thia is unaware, but a few years prior, she complimented my dogs behavior. My dog has been groomed by other area groomers with the utmost positive praises. I will also add, Thia's grooming facility seems quite congested.

Im not sure how to reply to this message because we dont have any clients with your name in our system, I haven't groomed any hard to handle dogs lately, and definitely havent "complained" about any dogs. I will, however, tell clients the truth about their dogs behavior, and I dont lie about just because someone else is in the salon that may hear me. You say my grooming salon is "congested"....well yeah, we are busy. That's a good thing. And lastly, you said I groomed your pet previously and praised their behavior? Well 1. I rarely forget a dog so maybe you have forgotten who I am....and 2. I will assume something has happened between now and then since you just left a review on another grooming salons page about how they said your dog had bad behavior as well!
