Had our annual furnace inspection - tech was very thorough and also explained what he was doing. He used our hose to clean air compressor and, unlike any other tradesman in recent memory, returned hose to exactly as he found it - it's the little things that make a professional.

Ali I. did a thorough inspection of my air conditioning system which he found to be mostly in good condition, air flow is good, but my capacitor should be replaced in the near future.

Davion was able to come out a day early to do our annual AC system check up. He was , friendly and very knowledgeable. Davion is a real asset to Thornton and Grooms. If I could, I would ask for him personally for any HVAC work we have done by them!

Had another great experience with T&G. I had a technician, Mike Lilley, come out to do the annual a/c unit check up on our house. Mike was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all the questions that we had on our end. All in all, Mike did an outstanding job!

Gentleman who came to repair the work of the person who incorrectly installed the first new air conditioner did an excellent job identifying and fixing the prior mistakes.

Steve was great. Explained all the tests he performed. Had 3 different price options to choose. Very professional and friendly. Showed me the part he replaced. Price was reasonable.

Learned that the Home Care Club does not provide preventative care maintenance unlike service plans I have had from other providers. Charging $300+ to clean the outside AC unit seems excessive in combination with the $240 per year annual charge.

I have been a customer for 5 years the technician was rude and refused to honor the promotion price. He claimed that I had agreed to the higher price on a recorded line so he didn’t have to call his office to check on the price. I am not using this company again.

Dylan was our drain technician, called text and showed up on time with what was needed to fix the drain.

As part of their service they came to our home and inspected the HVAC system. Dan was very professional. He had a checklist to make sure he was thorough. We have an old system and he made sure everything was working correctly. He gave us prioritized recommendations on what might need replacing and approximate costs.

Always knowledgeable, professional, patient, and kind. Every person I’ve had come to my house from T&G has been wonderful. The whole company culture puts customers first.

Another great job by the T&G team. Aidan came out for the yearly HVAC inspection. He found a leak and a faulty capacitor. Great service, explaining along the way as he root caused the issues.

Don’t make the same mistake I did. Dan told me MULTIPLE times I needed a complete unit replacement. He said the unit would cost $7k roughly.
