The guys delivered as promised--done in 8 hours. In spite of doing a major boiler project, they worked quietly. They kept after the mess and left the space clear. They were patient, polite and helpful.

Dante was an excellent technician. He was helpful and knowledgable. Dante kept me informed of what he was doing and how our equipment was running. He did not hard sell us anything, but did let us know where parts were worn.

Had our annual furnace inspection - tech was very thorough and also explained what he was doing. He used our hose to clean air compressor and, unlike any other tradesman in recent memory, returned hose to exactly as he found it - it's the little things that make a professional.

Ali I. did a thorough inspection of my air conditioning system which he found to be mostly in good condition, air flow is good, but my capacitor should be replaced in the near future.

Davion was able to come out a day early to do our annual AC system check up. He was , friendly and very knowledgeable. Davion is a real asset to Thornton and Grooms. If I could, I would ask for him personally for any HVAC work we have done by them!

Alex Cibulka at Thornton and Grooms did an outstanding job cleaning and maintaining my A/C unit. He was timely, friendly, and knowledgeable, and he quickly got everything in working order. I couldn’t be happier with the job. 10/5 stars!

Had another great experience with T&G. I had a technician, Mike Lilley, come out to do the annual a/c unit check up on our house. Mike was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all the questions that we had on our end. All in all, Mike did an outstanding job!

Gentleman who came to repair the work of the person who incorrectly installed the first new air conditioner did an excellent job identifying and fixing the prior mistakes.

Air conditioning - Dan fixed it well. Very good tech. Very reasonable and methodical. Very thorough in troubleshooting and fixing the problem. Highly recommend him for HVAC related issues

Very satisfied with T&G and Victor. They have a thorough checklist checking Amperage loads. Incoming and outgoing air pressure from the Blower fan. Took pictures of blower fan and outside AC filter screens. Helpful suggestions on extending life of equipment. Appreciate the care and effort.
