Alex C literally saved our opinion of Thornton & Grooms, we had multiple visits for our A.C. with another tech and were getting no where. We were starting to have doubts but then Alex came out and found the issue in 5 minutes, spent his time to resolve correctly and verified resolution.

Service was quick and technician friendly and knowledgeable. A/C still under warranty, so I only paid service fee of $99

Do NOT order any products from Thorton & Groom. They outsource this part of the business and it's impossible to get help finding the correct item for any system, furnace or air conditioner, i.e. air filters they installed. If you order the wrong item, you deal with this outsource company, and they never get back to you. You're stuck.

Kaleb Meyerink, the Senior Technician who fixed my AC today was outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely easy to talk to. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything in plain English, and made sure it was fixed the right way, not just patched up.

Dan provided a thorough explanation of the AC issue and repaired it quickly and efficiently. Really appreciate his professionalism.

We've used Thornton and grooms now for a couple years their service is awesome The people are very nice and professional they put booties on and clean up their mess when they're done. And they never try to sell you something that you don't need totally trust them.

The only downside was it took them 3 weeks to come out but that was not Mikes fault. Their notification of timing is great. Everyone was so professional and friendly. 3rd time we used them. First time was for HVAC issues and plumbing. . I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

We have been so pleased with this company! THe technicians have been so helpful, respectful and knowledgable! Do you know when our air went it was in the upper 90's and they came the same day! They were so booked that the Technician cold not get here until 10:30 at night BUT he showed up!

He did a great job and was a gentleman. Very pleased with him.

The experience as a whole was touch and go. It was hard to be without a/c on a 90 degree day(s) in July. TG team members hung in there and got the job done. All we could ask for.
