Brian explained things very well. He was thorough too. Put shoe covers on when coming into the house. He answered my questions. I would recommended Thornton and Grooms for all home services.

Alex was great to work with was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

Dan showed up early diagnosed the issues right away. Wrote up an estimate, giving me a couple of different options and after I chose the option I wanted. He fixed the issue. Did a complete thorough check of the system cleaned up and was on his Way.

Alex C literally saved our opinion of Thornton & Grooms, we had multiple visits for our A.C. with another tech and were getting no where. We were starting to have doubts but then Alex came out and found the issue in 5 minutes, spent his time to resolve correctly and verified resolution.

Service was quick and technician friendly and knowledgeable. A/C still under warranty, so I only paid service fee of $99

Dan was absolutely incredible! We’ve identified that prior service to our HVAC/air condition was done incorrectly and is causing significant issues- highly recommend Thornton and Grooms to get root causes and address the full picture!

I was floored with the cost of the repair parts that were charged to me. Seem to be very high. I am 70 and needed my air conditioning. The technician was very cordial and did a good job.

Do NOT order any products from Thorton & Groom. They outsource this part of the business and it's impossible to get help finding the correct item for any system, furnace or air conditioner, i.e. air filters they installed. If you order the wrong item, you deal with this outsource company, and they never get back to you. You're stuck.

Kaleb Meyerink, the Senior Technician who fixed my AC today was outstanding—professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely easy to talk to. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything in plain English, and made sure it was fixed the right way, not just patched up.

Dan provided a thorough explanation of the AC issue and repaired it quickly and efficiently. Really appreciate his professionalism.
