Great worker. Excellent workmanship!

TJ did a great job diagnosing and explaining why my A/C was rattling. He went to the unit and jimmied it, which seemed to help. He is a pleasure to work with and talk to.

I had a great experience with Charles King! He did a great job replacing my outside faucet. And inside piping and water shut off valve. I couldn’t be happier. It looks great.

Jacob, from Thorton & Grooms, did a good job. He came back with a faucet much more than I was looking for. The old one was pushing 40 yeas old. The new one is nice and I'm starting to get use to it. The cost of the replacement in cluded a replacement faucet.

Tom's service was great. He is very talented and therefore a real asset to T and G. He fixed our leaking faucet in no time.

Anyone asked will state that this is a higher cost plumbing & maintenance company, but remember that one gets what one pays for. T&G has quality employees performing quality work. Tom did great work on toilet installation. He is family and took good care of us.

Paul was the installer of a new toilet and laundry room faucet, with shut-offs. He was very courteous, neat and allowed me to ask whatever questions I had. Also was great with the dogs we have. Highly recommend him, and Thorton and Grooms, in general.

Paul (and his team) did a fabulous job of tearing out the old plumbing and installing 1) new pex piping (including new shutoff values and completely redoing the shower piping), and 2) a new hot water heater. Very pleased with the professionalism and the results.

Daryn replaced my kitchen faucet, disposal and redid some of the other plumbing under my kitchen sink. He did a wonderful job and explained everything.
