Thornton & Grooms

Great very clean and professional

Great worker. Excellent workmanship!

TJ did a great job diagnosing and explaining why my A/C was rattling. He went to the unit and jimmied it, which seemed to help. He is a pleasure to work with and talk to.

I had a great experience with Charles King! He did a great job replacing my outside faucet. And inside piping and water shut off valve. I couldn’t be happier. It looks great.

Jacob, from Thorton & Grooms, did a good job. He came back with a faucet much more than I was looking for. The old one was pushing 40 yeas old. The new one is nice and I'm starting to get use to it. The cost of the replacement in cluded a replacement faucet.

Tom's service was great. He is very talented and therefore a real asset to T and G. He fixed our leaking faucet in no time.

Anyone asked will state that this is a higher cost plumbing & maintenance company, but remember that one gets what one pays for. T&G has quality employees performing quality work. If you are looking for courteous, patient, clear explanations from an experienced professional, one can't beat Thornton & Grooms. This… Read full review

Tom did great work on toilet installation. He is family and took good care of us.

Paul (and his team) did a fabulous job of tearing out the old plumbing and installing 1) new pex piping (including new shutoff values and completely redoing the shower piping), and 2) a new hot water heater. Very pleased with the professionalism and the results.

Daryn replaced my kitchen faucet, disposal and redid some of the other plumbing under my kitchen sink. He did a wonderful job and explained everything. I'm an introvert, mostly work from home and hate having workers in my home. But Daryn was quick and quiet, I barely knew he was there! Highly recommend! Update:… Read full review

I called because my shower wouldn't turn on and my tub faucet wouldn't turn off. Evan was able to make it out next day. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The job didn't take more than a few hours. Great company and service!

Thornton & Grooms has become so disappointing. I think their technicians are now much more skilled in high pressure sales tactics than the actual repair/maintenance work (which has really gone down in quality). I'm changing my rating to just barely one star. Back in 2020, I moved into a new home just as the… Read full review

Brennon and Curt were on time, and professional. They went right to work, with no horsing around. They seemed to work well together, also. I got two toilets installed in about 2-hours. Great service today

This is by far the best, most organized and efficient company we have dealt with during the renovation of our home. Every single person we have dealt with are outstanding!

Explanation of needed repairs and cost. Because there not a major emergency there will be a 30 to 60 day window to do repairs and pay cash for repairs. Both plumbers I had contact with were polite and helpful.

Tom was quick and professional. Very knowledgeable and reassuring about the job that needed to be done. Very good.

Justin was on time, quickly went through options and got the job done quickly.

Rodney tried and was unable to repair my vintage dish master. Installed a new faucet assembly. Rehung the garbage disposal, and fixed a variety of other small issues. He is certainly persistent! A pleasant and professional gentleman.

Staff is professional. Their dispatch is great because they give you precise times and will try to fit you in if there are cancellations.

Arrived on time and removed old leaking faucet on the outside of home and replaced. Corrected the problem. Nice efficient worker

Overcharged and damaged sink

Had a slow leak at a braze joint under the sink, Tony was able to confirm the trouble spot and perform a complete and quick repair.
