Great worker. Excellent workmanship!

TJ did a great job diagnosing and explaining why my A/C was rattling. He went to the unit and jimmied it, which seemed to help. He is a pleasure to work with and talk to.

I had a great experience with Charles King! He did a great job replacing my outside faucet. And inside piping and water shut off valve. I couldn’t be happier. It looks great.

Jacob, from Thorton & Grooms, did a good job. He came back with a faucet much more than I was looking for. The old one was pushing 40 yeas old. The new one is nice and I'm starting to get use to it. The cost of the replacement in cluded a replacement faucet.

Tom's service was great. He is very talented and therefore a real asset to T and G. He fixed our leaking faucet in no time.

Anyone asked will state that this is a higher cost plumbing & maintenance company, but remember that one gets what one pays for. T&G has quality employees performing quality work. Thornton & Grooms has become so disappointing. Dan came to my house to perform the yearly Furnace safety check. So glad I had it done. Found a leak that caused some damage to the motor. The part is still under warranty so having it replaced. Greg was professional, courteous and explained things well. He also called around for a part that was needed; I was able to pick it up and he then could complete the job the following day. Greg left the work area clean and I was pleased with the service.

This is by far the best, most organized and efficient company we have dealt with during the renovation of our home. Every single person we have dealt with are outstanding!

Explanation of needed repairs and cost. Because there not a major emergency there will be a 30 to 60 day window to do repairs and pay cash for repairs. Both plumbers I had contact with were polite and helpful.

Tom was quick and professional. Very knowledgeable and reassuring about the job that needed to be done. Very good.

Justin was on time, quickly went through options and got the job done quickly.

Rodney tried and was unable to repair my vintage dish master. Installed a new faucet assembly. Rehung the garbage disposal, and fixed a variety of other small issues. He is certainly persistent! A pleasant and professional gentleman.

Staff is professional. Their dispatch is great because they give you precise times and will try to fit you in if there are cancellations.

First I got an estimate. Then I had them come back to do the work. Plumber was nice, professional, knowledgeable, kept things clean, wore covers on shoes, and was creative in solving a problem.

Josh was not afraid to get down and dirty replacing my sump pump, cleaned up after himself and explained what he was doing to my satisfaction. Also replaced two outdoor faucets which were solidified in concrete. I now am part of the club and am grateful to have a reliable timely business ready to serve me.

We've used Thornton and grooms now for a couple years their service is awesome The people are very nice and professional they put booties on and clean up their mess when they're done. And they never try to sell you something that you don't need totally trust them.
