Each time I’ve used Thornton and Grooms, I’ve been satisfied with the quality of their professionals not only to fix the problem, but to offer different levels of fixes that would match my budget.

Jacob, from Thorton & Grooms, did a good job. He came back with a faucet much more than I was looking for. The old one was pushing 40 yeas old. The new one is nice and I'm starting to get use to it. The cost of the replacement in cluded a replacement faucet.

The Technician, Gabe was very professional and thorough in explaining the problem and process to fix it.

Which one of these photos shows inappropriate level attention to detail gives me concern regarding what is not directly in my face otherwise very charming and professional, but that’s unacceptable icing on the cake

Tom's service was great. He is very talented and therefore a real asset to T and G. He fixed our leaking faucet in no time.

The company is the best I have ever looked to for hvac and plumbing related service. Our air conditioner needed replacement Eric sales consultant kept it simple and professional and personable as he explained the consideration for our purchase. Customer service is a real positive. Had an outdoor faucet that just quit turning. It had seemed OK the day before. Matt just took it apart, cleaned in out and bingo was working like new. Fast and efficient.

Tom H was very caring, patient, and thorough. He fixed three faucets, including one that had other plumbers stymied.

I have been using Thornton and Grooms for several years for heatinf, cooling and plumbing. Lucas came out to my home today to fix a leaking outdoor faucet. He was friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions about indoor and outdoor plumbing.

Can’t say enough about Ricardo! Personable, hard-working, and thoughtful. As he worked through a problem with our furnace, he kept us informed. I never felt confused or lost during the process. I will be asking for Ricardo for all our future HVAC needs.Thornton and Grooms star employee!

10/14, Update. Just had Dan stop for a request I made as my 2 y/o furnace installed by TG would not stay on or heat. Lucas, our Thorton & Grooms plumbing technician was fantastic. He was on time, respectful of our home and worked for nearly an hour to make sure our repair, which was minor but very annoying and tricky, was perfect. We have always had great experiences with T&G and their technicians and Lucas was no exception.

Excellent service and excellent job. The technician that was sent out did a wonderful job and took his time to address the issue. He even went out of his way to find sever individual parts that would assist in the repair, he went far and beyond what I feel was an excellent service. Love these folks! This is the 3rd time I’ve had them out for my old plumbing issues and they are always kind and amazing. Great communication, amazing customer service. Can’t recommend them enough.

Thornton has great staff! Codee, Curtis, and Mason were all very thorough with their explanations of what was being done. I had full confidence that they were going to complete the job even when a curveball (not in their control) appeared during the process. They cleaned up well and I would 1000% recommend Thornton to friends and family.

Great work. Efficient. Professional. Knew his job. But I don’t think Thorton and Grooms should charge us to light the hot water heater. We have a maintenance agreement. Can’t they cover that??!!

Kevin was very professional, explained everything that needed to be done and cleaned up when he was finished. I really appreciate his work and Thornton & Grooms.

Very professional, and an excellent value. I appreciate the fixed pricing, and they took care of the problem in very short order. I will definitely be using them again, and recommending them to anyone who asks me what plumber to hire.

Ben was a great technician fixing my multiple plumbing issues. He was able to identify why the problem occurred (poor installation by the remodeling contractor several years ago). He showed me the old parts and after repair, cleaned the area so thoroughly all I had to do was replace items in the cabinet. He was great!

Great service and professional from Zack to checkout my plumbing with the Thornton & Grooms service plan. Sal was on-time, courteous, and helpful. He fixed a few minor issues in order to avoid long term issues.

Plumbers replaced 9 turn-off valves, replaced water softener, replaced garbage disposal and flushed water heater. They were efficient and cleaned up as they worked.

Have come to Thornton & Grooms multiple times for simple plumbing services and they've always been available quickly, shown up when scheduled, and provided good service for a very reasonable price. Have seen both Doug and Brandon and liked them both.

I’ve had Thorton and Grooms handle a number of repairs in my home. The staff has consistently been knowledgeable, friendly, patient and efficient. Paul, Nate, Chad, Zach and Shane are great across the board. Highly recommended.

I called because my shower wouldn't turn on and my tub faucet wouldn't turn off. Evan was able to make it out next day. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The job didn't take more than a few hours. Great company and service!

Dan came to my house to perform the yearly Furnace safety check. So glad I had it done. Found a leak that caused some damage to the motor. The part is still under warranty so having it replaced.
