They are very professional and technician are usually very knowledgeable. The response time is also good. Price wise they are higher than the market.

We’ve always loved the level of service that T&G provides, but Zeke went above and beyond! Really happy, job well done.

The plumbing technician quickly diagnosed the problem with our garbage disposal. He had a new one in his truck so he was able to install it right away. He was very professional and friendly.

Thornton and Grooms came out and fixed a major plumbing leak for me. Zak our plumber was fantastic and went out of his way to fix our issue but still kept the cost at a reasonable amount. He kept us informed and gave us many options to choose from. We ended up adding a garbage disposal install to the scope of work. Definitely recommend Thornton and Grooms.

Plumbers replaced 9 turn-off valves, replaced water softener, replaced garbage disposal and flushed water heater. They were efficient and cleaned up as they worked.

Dan came to my house to perform the yearly Furnace safety check. So glad I had it done. Found a leak that caused some damage to the motor. The part is still under warranty so having it replaced. Rodney tried and was unable to repair my vintage dish master. Installed a new faucet assembly. Rehung the garbage disposal, and fixed a variety of other small issues. He is certainly persistent! A pleasant and professional gentleman.

Paul was very knowledgeable and professional replaced stack in basement and installed all new plumbing in main bathroom. Fantastic job they were neat showed up on time and did first class work.

Todd was friendly and very professional and knowledgeable

Could not find cause of leak under kitchen sink while sink was full of water. Repairman located location of water leak in seal of garbage disposal and determined that age and wear of appliance needed replacement. Under the sink was replaced with a better overhaul and completed in a while relatively fast.

Tony was very professional and courteous to my mother's situation. I live with my mother who is the homeowner, and she is also blind. Tony answered all of her questions very well. We will be using your company again and hopefully Tony will be the one you send out.

Shane Fiolek was excellent, attentive, and made a very stressful situation much better for us as homeowners.
