I was hoping to get one of my plumbing concerns done, but they did three and referred me to Jo for the fourth, who came the next day!

Beware they try and find problems where they don’t exist!!! Their care program is a total scam! Thornton & Grooms said we needed a new furnace, another company came out and said it was fine.

David worked well in explaining why the refrigerant pressure was high. In addition to bleeding off some Freon, he cleaned the blower scroll to improve air flow across the evaporator. Also made the blower quieter. We hope to get at least another year out of the AC unit.

Had an absolutely terrible experience. The guy came for a routine check on our new HVAC unit and forgot to plug the hose. We were without Heating & Cooling the whole night long. Terrible service. Zero stars.

I purchased a electric water heater from Thornton and Grooms ended up having other electrical issues the sent four different professional technicians who installed the heater and helped me figure out other problems in my home thanks to all the Evan Starin , Paul Balikowski , Mason Smith and David Majeska for your professionalism.

We had an excellent experience (as always) with our annual furnace inspection performed by Nick. The whole home care plan is definitely worth the investment to know how things are operating BEFORE an expensive repair is needed. Nick was skilled, polite, thorough and brought some treats for our pups so he is their new favorite :)

Alex C was out today to tweak a small heater issue. He identified the problem, resolved the issue, and thoroughly explained what the problem was and how he was going to resolve it. He timely, polite and very proficient during this service call. As usual, we can recommend T&G enthusiastically to all.

Dan was WONDERFUL! He diagnosed the furnace, made a couple of slight adjustments, informed me of some very minor things to be mindful of, and most importantly, didn't mind my mother, who has dementia, sitting with him. I will definitely be requesting Dan for an AC inspection in the spring! GIVE DAN A RAISE! 👍

Brandon is the most professional service tech that I have worked with. He explained each step of the plumbing process to unclog a complicated network of drain pipes. Zach, his supervisor, was also very helpful explaining the process. Thornton & Grooms is lucky to have both of them on their team.

Brian McVety came out for my routine furnace inspection. Found my CO2 was very high. Expressed his concern and turned off the gas! Although I need a new furnace, I’m grateful I had Brian out and found an issue before it became catastrophic. I’ve tried other companies, but keep coming back to Thornton and Grooms. The follow up to the maintenance inspection by Kaleb found spider web on one of the burners. He immediately corrected the problem and was very professional about it. I would say that Kaleb provided us with a 5-star service today.

I scheduled a furnace check for a fall check up. I was notified when and who would be coming in advance. Rodney was very thorough, explained everything he was doing and completed all the required checks and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Horton and Grooms for your heating and cooling needs.

Dylan was our drain technician, called text and showed up on time with what was needed to fix the drain.

As part of their service they came to our home and inspected the HVAC system. Dan was very professional. He had a checklist to make sure he was thorough. We have an old system and he made sure everything was working correctly. He gave us prioritized recommendations on what might need replacing and approximate costs.
