Thorough heating system inspection as part of my member plan. Nick was very friendly, courteous and customer-oriented. Also very helpful in initiating a warranty repair.

Dan Little came prepared to perform an annual heating service with a good history of past assessments. He completed his assessment in short order and was able to recommend a system enhancement to further improve air quality. I’m confident the system will perform well for the duration of the heating season.

I was hoping to get one of my plumbing concerns done, but they did three and referred me to Jo for the fourth, who came the next day!

Beware they try and find problems where they don’t exist!!! Their care program is a total scam! Thornton & Grooms said we needed a new furnace, another company came out and said it was fine.

Juan was great. His detailed inspection of my furnace and his follow up gave me confidence.

Dan was a return technician for us and we were happy to have him! He did our furnace inspection, helped us with the dehumidifier, and installed a new thermostat (which was probably overlooked when we had our AC redone). Dan is always kind, courteous, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to chat with. I would highly recommend him!
