Dan Little came prepared to perform an annual heating service with a good history of past assessments. He completed his assessment in short order and was able to recommend a system enhancement to further improve air quality. I’m confident the system will perform well for the duration of the heating season.

I was hoping to get one of my plumbing concerns done, but they did three and referred me to Jo for the fourth, who came the next day!

Beware they try and find problems where they don’t exist!!! Their care program is a total scam! Thornton & Grooms said we needed a new furnace, another company came out and said it was fine.

Juan was great. His detailed inspection of my furnace and his follow up gave me confidence.

He did our furnace inspection, helped us with the dehumidifier, and installed a new thermostat (which was probably overlooked when we had our AC redone). TJ was thorugh in his inspection of the A/C system. Answered questions I had about the system.

David worked well in explaining why the refrigerant pressure was high. In addition to bleeding off some Freon, he cleaned the blower scroll to improve air flow across the evaporator. Also made the blower quieter. We hope to get at least another year out of the AC unit.

He also pointed out some potential system issues if the dirt was not removed around the A/C unit outside due to all the rain. I quickly shoveled it away and rinsed the area down. Update to plumbing work done on 05/26: Glad to see Zak showed up since he did the original work. A small water pressure issue with the shower.
