My AC wasn’t starting and Mehdie from Thornton and Grooms gave me an Estimate of $5600+ to fix it. I was tempted to get a new unit if it was going to cost that much to repair. I called a different heating and cooling company for a second opinion and they fixed it for $100.

I cannot say enough of how these guys are the best plumbing service company out here. Completely trustworthy and the services techs are hands-down the best in this industry. They always have the parts that are needed so I'm never waiting to get my problems repaired. Thorton and Grooms will always be my first choice when I'm in need.

Dan arrived for the service call with a 30 minute notice. Inspected our A/clC unit and found the problem. We gave him our concerns and he took care of the problem and cleaned up all the mess around the furnace.

Michael Lilley was very professional. Took his time checking system.. Older system couldn't be fixed. Thornton & Grooms made stress free. Had to get new HVAC system. Brian Marshall also great to work with. Joe and crew did outstanding work installing. Only concern is finishing the chimney liner.

Bought a new heating and cooling system 15 months ago. After an AC check up today, they want me to spend $500-1,100 to get parts fixed. What??? I should have kept my last unit. I’m totally floored that I was sold this system ($12,500) and a year later it’s a piece of junk. Will take my business elsewhere from now on.
