Honestly when my AC went out mid August I just assumed I was screwed. I feel like every business I go to for car repairs, etc has 2 week waits. This was not the case here. I was able to schedule my appointment online, they came the very next day, and my AC was back up and running in less than 24 hours from when I… Read full review

This is by far the best, most organized and efficient company we have dealt with during the renovation of our home. Every single person we have dealt with are outstanding!

Bought a new heating and cooling system 15 months ago. After an AC check up today, they want me to spend $500-1,100 to get parts fixed. What??? I should have kept my last unit. I’m totally floored that I was sold this system ($12,500) and a year later it’s a piece of junk. Will take my business elsewhere from now on.

On time, explained issues in detail. Trusted service and advice.

Nice and professional. Ran into an uncommon issue that he resolved quickly. Would recommend to anyone

caring professional person made sure that I understood everything

Did a great job!

rodney thank you for your super servive

Kyle recognized a mistake at the earlier service call (pinched wire) caused my issue, replaced motor starter - no charge.

Christian approached the problem very methodically and used a step by step method until he found the root cause.

A great company all the way a round.Always there, when you need some one to fix your household problems. 👍🏼

As always very professional, top notch and knowledgeable.

John worked tirelessly in my cold basement. I stayed upstairs and he came up many times to keep me updated. He offered me three options with suggested costs. I would hire him again and again. He is personable and listened to my concerns.

Called for service because Furnace had intermittent lighting issues. Tech came out and problem repeated. Tech restated Furnace and began tapping on gas valve and Gas fired on all 3 burners. Tech immediately said you have a bad gas valve. He performed the 19 point inspection but never cleaned or mentioned the Furnace… Read full review

Thornton and Grooms, and Jordan in particular, are wonderful. I’ve dealt with several of the large HVAC companies and T & G is the best. Prices have always been reasonable, the scope of work is explained fully and cost saving options are always provided. I’ve used this company 4-5 times in as many years for HVAC… Read full review

Very professional and gave very good tips how to maintain heating system.. explained and demonstrated what went wrong. Replaced the inducer motor and checked for any CO levels pumping out of furnace. My Inducer motor got locked up. Its better to get annual maintenance by them rather than raking up your bill after few things fall apart.

Great service

On the recent 107 degree day my AC started making a horrible noise. T&G came out, took a look at my system correcting some mechanical failures and some issues created by the installers. My AC is working quietly now.
