Craig was great! He went into very clear information about what was going on with the main sewer line. Also some ideas on what was of the going on with it and possible fixes. This me second time dealing with Thornton & Grooms. Great service with out any high pressure.

Dave was very helpful dealing with our furnace issues. His sense of humor was the spoonful of sugar that helped the medicine (bill/prognosis) go down.

Dorian did a fine job of providing me with options for fixing the faucet including traveling to the plumbing supply shop and picking out the best one for our situation. Good job.

My AC wasn’t starting and Mehdie from Thornton and Grooms gave me an Estimate of $5600+ to fix it. I was tempted to get a new unit if it was going to cost that much to repair. I called a different heating and cooling company for a second opinion and they fixed it for $100.

I cannot say enough of how these guys are the best plumbing service company out here. Completely trustworthy and the services techs are hands-down the best in this industry. They always have the parts that are needed so I'm never waiting to get my problems repaired. Thorton and Grooms will always be my first choice when I'm in need.
