My AC wasn’t starting and Mehdie from Thornton and Grooms gave me an Estimate of $5600+ to fix it. I was tempted to get a new unit if it was going to cost that much to repair. I called a different heating and cooling company for a second opinion and they fixed it for $100.

I cannot say enough of how these guys are the best plumbing service company out here. Completely trustworthy and the services techs are hands-down the best in this industry. They always have the parts that are needed so I'm never waiting to get my problems repaired. Thorton and Grooms will always be my first choice when I'm in need.

Dan came out to look at a possibly wiring issue within my HVAC unit. Did everything possible to shore up the system so it won’t happen again, and even gave some advice on an unrelated plumbing issue. Thornton & Grooms techs are always good people from my experience.

My technician, Christian Baxter was thorough, competent and polite. He explained the problem concisely -checked for warranty -gave the exact cost to fix the problem and fixed it, leaving my basement neat the way he found it.
