It's the best company in the business. If you want your repair to be done the first time and done right, there is no other company to deal with except Thornton and Grooms. Your welcome.

They recommended adding an electric device to boost startup to make A/C unit last longer. I did have them add the device. I was not pressured, though. They are very responsive. Once, they had to come in the middle of the night when I had no heat. I always have them out twice a year.

Trevor did a great job to finally get us a working toilet. He was professional, friendly and efficient. He was very concerned that we be happy with our service. We would like Trevor to be our plumber on future calls!

Bought a new heating and cooling system 15 months ago. After an AC check up today, they want me to spend $500-1,100 to get parts fixed. What??? I should have kept my last unit. I’m totally floored that I was sold this system ($12,500) and a year later it’s a piece of junk. Will take my business elsewhere from now on.
