Outstanding work from Joseph Czank, David Majeska, Seth Keefer, Sael Olivares, and Raymond Thompkins (Heating & Cooling and Electrical Install teams). In a word, awesome. I absolutely would recommend these guys. Total professionals. Our old AC and furnace had been acting up. Sparing everyone the details, we were experiencing problems every year with the old units. The AC unit was leaking water in the basement late in the day. I called, left a message with the AI… Read full review

Tequila is very knowledgeable with the Lennox line of home comfort systems and am looking forward to the installation and everyday use of our new system

Brandon and his team were great. Professional, respectful of my home, patient explaining the new thermostat operation. Answered all my questions. Assuming this is a good system considering the price, I would recommend them.

Over the years, since 2018 , we have had Thornton & Grooms install and service a number of items in our home. We appreciate the cordial, professional manner shown by each of the T&G people.

Best, quickest and neatest replacement of complete HVAC system! Very knowledgeable and courteous- highly recommend

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Joshua. He exemplified professionalism, expertise, and authenticity. He demonstrated a high level of knowledge about the AC unit and provided detailed explanations of its removal and installation.

Every part of the process so far has been timely professional and priced reasonably. Our sewer drains from the house we clogged and not even water could penetrate and flow through our drains. We called late in the afternoon and due to flooding of the basement they promised a technician would be to our house that… Read full review

Chris provided a thorough analysis of our HVAC system. He provided multiple options, with pricing, and financing. We really appreciated his friendliness and service.

Julio came over on time and was professional. He was very thorough in reviewing what was wrong with my heating unit, what could and could not be done to fix it, and did what he could to troubleshoot so I had heat in the meantime before a more permanent repair could be made. He was on his way out, my heat quit… Read full review

Excellent service from Jeremy and Seth. They did a full day install of a furnace, humidifier, and ac unit. This was a big job and I never heard them all day aside from occasional screw drivers. They were polite and professional.

Very Knowledgeable and Friendly!

I have a T&G service contract and when Medhie came out (on Tuesday) he discovered water issues and holes in both of my Lennox units. The repair costs were going tk be substantial so I asked for a sales guy to come out and Brian come out the following day (Wednesday) and we talked thru the options. He helped me… Read full review

I truly had a great experience with Team Josue and Jonathan. They were very professional and thorough. I felt so sorry for them because they had to install this large equipment on a second floor condo. (Their poor backs). Anyway, they did a magnificent job and cleaned up afterwards. I really give them 10 stars. Thank you!!!

The service I received was outstanding along with the care of my property and keeping the service areas clean

As usual, excellent all day work replacing both furnace and air conditioning units.
