Craig was great! He went into very clear information about what was going on with the main sewer line. Also some ideas on what was of the going on with it and possible fixes. This me second time dealing with Thornton & Grooms. Great service with out any high pressure.

Alex and his team are top notch. Even though they encountered several unforeseen problems they garnered additional experts and worked through them until they were solved. Their access to expertise and willingness to get the worked completed is why we use T&G

Excellent service from Jeremy and Seth. They did a full day install of a furnace, humidifier, and ac unit. This was a big job and I never heard them all day aside from occasional screw drivers. They were polite and professional.

I truly had a great experience with Team Josue and Jonathan. They were very professional and thorough. I felt so sorry for them because they had to install this large equipment on a second floor condo. (Their poor backs). Anyway, they did a magnificent job and cleaned up afterwards. The new equipment was installed without issue and actually quicker than expected. The tech took time to explain the work before during and after the installation was complete

Thornton & Grooms representative Chip Stone provided estimates to replace our HVAC systems. Chip was very knowledgeable, informative and clear in his presentation. It was a pleasure to work with him. His estimate was the second best out of 5 that we got.
