The technician did a great job of explaining every aspect of the inspection and was very friendly and knowledgeable of his craft.

Jesse Cline did a fabulous job installing a new toilet. He was efficient and knowledgable and did the work in very little time. It was a pleasure to interact with him. He answered all our questions. Great Job which is consistent with all work we have had T&G do for us.

Update to plumbing work done on 05/26: Glad to see Zak showed up since he did the original work. A small water pressure issue with the shower. Thornton and grooms falsely advertises 24/7 emergency service. After business hours, there is no way to get a hold of anyone.

During a routine 5 zone boiler check, Daryn Byrd showed me his expertise on boilers by turning on the fresh air, replacing a fuse, checking the power output for each pump, making sure all the pumps were running, replacing thermostat batteries, and installing a new thermostat. Now my boiler is not only quieter but it’s also running better than it ever did!

Dan was totally professional, efficient, and knowledgeable without being condescending. We were disappointed to hear our 15 yr old furnace is beginning to fail, but if we choose to have Tornton & Grooms install our new furnace it will be mostly because of him.
