Thornton & Grooms

Kyle Knight was professional and very knowledgeable about my furnace. He was respectful to my home as he wore shoe covers and turned out the lights when he was done. Awesome young man.

25 year customer. The Service Tech was beyond amazing and probably the only reason I will stay using Thornton & Grooms. Their pricing has reached the point of absurd. Based on the hours and parts involved they are doubling what the cost should be. My 5 stars is for the most professional tech I have ever dealt with.

When you choose Thornton and Grooms, you can be confident that the job will be done right. Their team is always polite and skilled. I only call them for heating, cooling, and plumbing needs. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and the way my refund has been handled. After paying a deposit, I was explicitly told: “It’s your money — you can get a FULL refund. This is just to lock in a date while we wait for parts.” Based on that assurance, I moved forward. Since then, communication has… Read full review
