Kyle Knight was professional and very knowledgeable about my furnace. He was respectful to my home as he wore shoe covers and turned out the lights when he was done. Awesome young man.

25 year customer. The Service Tech was beyond amazing and probably the only reason I will stay using Thornton & Grooms. Their pricing has reached the point of absurd. Based on the hours and parts involved they are doubling what the cost should be. My 5 stars is for the most professional tech I have ever dealt with.

The whole team was incredible. Our furnace and air conditioning units were very old. Everything was explained along the way. We choose to replace the units and don't regret it.

Chip was very nice, personable, knowledgeable, and supportive. Being told you need a new furnace three days before thanksgiving at the tune of $9000 was not ideal but Chip helped us through all our options and made us feel comfortable with our decisions. Very satisfied.

As part of their service they came to our home and inspected the HVAC system. Dan was very professional. He had a checklist to make sure he was thorough. We have an old system and he made sure everything was working correctly. He gave us prioritized recommendations on what might need replacing and approximate costs.
