Chip was very nice, personable, knowledgeable, and supportive. Being told you need a new furnace three days before thanksgiving at the tune of $9000 was not ideal but Chip helped us through all our options and made us feel comfortable with our decisions. Very satisfied.

Bought a new heating and cooling system 15 months ago. After an AC check up today, they want me to spend $500-1,100 to get parts fixed. What??? I should have kept my last unit. I’m totally floored that I was sold this system ($12,500) and a year later it’s a piece of junk. Will take my business elsewhere from now on.

The Thornton and Grooms technicians are extraordinary. Their cheerful, dependable manner is just what I need whenever plumbing or heating/cooling problems occur.

Replacement specialist was knowledgeable, provided options, handled contract and financing efficiently, and even replaced my furnace filter for me. They did a great job all around, from the quote to the install everyone was very professional and honest about everything.
