Excellent service from Jeremy and Seth. They did a full day install of a furnace, humidifier, and ac unit. This was a big job and I never heard them all day aside from occasional screw drivers. They were polite and professional.

Install went well and they did a great job sealing up everything they worked on. They cleaned up pretty well and house is starting to cool off already.

The Thornton & Grooms team of 3 install technicians came to our house on time and worked very hard to tear out both our furnace and A/C and install new furnace and A/C. This included a new chimney liner. The work was done in one day. We're very happy with the work done by the T&G team today.

Always willing to explain the issue and offer opinion and not feel pressured to make a decision immediately

Chip was very nice, personable, knowledgeable, and supportive. Being told you need a new furnace three days before thanksgiving at the tune of $9000 was not ideal but Chip helped us through all our options and made us feel comfortable with our decisions. Very satisfied.

I was simply amazed at Thornton & Grooms professionalism, knowledge and integrity on all the changes I needed. Shout out to Tequila W.
