Always willing to explain the issue and offer opinion and not feel pressured to make a decision immediately

Chip was very nice, personable, knowledgeable, and supportive. Being told you need a new furnace three days before thanksgiving at the tune of $9000 was not ideal but Chip helped us through all our options and made us feel comfortable with our decisions. Very satisfied.

Bought a new heating and cooling system 15 months ago. After an AC check up today, they want me to spend $500-1,100 to get parts fixed. What??? I should have kept my last unit. I’m totally floored that I was sold this system ($12,500) and a year later it’s a piece of junk. Will take my business elsewhere from now on.

The Thornton and Grooms technicians are extraordinary. Their cheerful, dependable manner is just what I need whenever plumbing or heating/cooling problems occur.

Replacement specialist was knowledgeable, provided options, handled contract and financing efficiently, and even replaced my furnace filter for me. Technicians arrived on time the next morning, were courteous and respectful of my property, and explained the maintenance required. All in all, a very good experience and smooth installation.
