We had a partially collapsed sewer drain, discovered after the drain specialist cleaned it out and filmed the collapsed portion. They advised restoration with a "cure in place" pipe. Billy and crew who did that day-long job were professional, respectful of our time and property.

The company is the best I have ever looked to for hvac and plumbing related service. Our air conditioner needed replacement Eric sales consultant kept it simple and professional and personable as he explained the consideration for our purchase. Customer service is a real positive. We always trust the work they do. Thomas is a real pro.

Paid $240 for a care club membership. They came out to do my ac check and charged $322 (that was with a discount for being a member) to spend 20 minutes to remove panels and hose my ac filters off. Had a recheck by Mitchell, the furnace tech. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend Thornton and Grooms. Also had Alex Dixon install whole house purifier. He was very professional and did an excellent job. I think Thornton & Grooms are the best!!!

Thorston and Grooms sent 3 technicians to install a new ac unit and furnace. They worked 13 hours non stop to install and troubleshoot the project until they finished and commissioned everything. Great job

Bought a new heating and cooling system 15 months ago. After an AC check up today, they want me to spend $500-1,100 to get parts fixed. What??? I should have kept my last unit. I’m totally floored that I was sold this system ($12,500) and a year later it’s a piece of junk. Will take my business elsewhere from now on.

Steve helped put a very stressful experience from the factory default that leaked all of the coolant out from my air conditioner on some of the hottest days this year and ended it on a positive note.

Marquis Farmer and team came out today to finish up the sewer repair process in closure of the hole in our basement floor. The group was awesome in the time they took and cleanup!!! Thorton and Grooms keep putting out the good teams!!

Awesome business. Everyone was very polite and knowledgeable.... from reception, dispatch, and the technicians. Technicians that helped me out were- Tony Paterno, Patrick Somers, and Walter Stone. They were all wonderful, and worked great as a team. They replaced my water heater, and found what was leaking! Great work.

We had a problem with the thermostat for our in-floor electrical heating system. Jeff installed the new thermostat without hesitation. He also helped with the water circulation of our hot water. We will definitely ask for Jeff the next time. He is a Master Plumber.
