Bought a new heating and cooling system 15 months ago. After an AC check up today, they want me to spend $500-1,100 to get parts fixed. What??? I should have kept my last unit. I’m totally floored that I was sold this system ($12,500) and a year later it’s a piece of junk. Will take my business elsewhere from now on.

Jesse and Caleb were the absolute best !!! They were extremely professional they explained everything step by step before they even started. They cleaned up and it was like they were never ever here. Thornton and Grooms definitely saved us !!!

Water pipe for the shower/bath was leaking. Called Thornton & Grooms (first time) and Justin was sent to evaluate the situation.
