Anthony and Aaron did a good job. So did John. What I didn't like was Anthony and Aaron left and passed the job on to John. John didn't finish last night and he said he may or may not be back to finish today. It may be someone else. I don't understand that.
T&G called and told me service man’s name and then sent me a text with his picture. Nice to feel safe. Thornton & Grooms has become so disappointing. Bought a new heating and cooling system 15 months ago. After an AC check up today, they want me to spend $500-1,100 to get parts fixed. What??? I should have kept my last unit. I’m totally floored that I was sold this system ($12,500) and a year later it’s a piece of junk. Will take my business elsewhere from now on.
