I was having a problem with a “leak” from my primary bathroom down onto the kitchen counter and cabinets below! Brandon Riddle was very reassuring and helpful. Although he was unable to resolve the problem at that visit, he recommended further options for me to get the help I needed.…I have always received excellent service from Thornton and Grooms.

Tech arrived on time, was very curtious, listened to what I thought the problem was, then gave me info of what the actual problem was. He also suggested actions to help prevent this same problem in the future, changed my humidifier filter. Showed me how to do it. I am very satisfied with service he provided.

Jerry came out as a follow-up to a problem identified yesterday when T&G snaked a line blockage. He was thorough in assessing and explaining the situation. He'll have to come back tomorrow, as a special part is needed. We definitely want Jerry to be the one coming back to complete the job!

Noah was amiable and completed the examination of our pipes very quickly. Fortunately, things looked good! I always think Thornton and Grooms does a good job, and I like their preventative yearly program. It saves a lot in unexpected and emergency bills.
