I was having a problem with a “leak” from my primary bathroom down onto the kitchen counter and cabinets below! Brandon Riddle was very reassuring and helpful. Although he was unable to resolve the problem at that visit, he recommended further options for me to get the help I needed.…I have always received excellent service from Thornton and Grooms.

Tech arrived on time, was very curtious, listened to what I thought the problem was, then gave me info of what the actual problem was. Thornton and Grooms came out and fixed a major plumbing leak for me. Zak our plumber was fantastic and went out of his way to fix our issue but still kept the cost at a reasonable amount. He kept us informed and gave us many options to choose from. We ended up adding a garbage disposal install to the scope of work. Definitely recommend Thornton and Grooms.

Jonathan Wellman came out to my house when my girlfriend and I got home and saw a leak coming from our ceiling. He went above and beyond climbing into the attic and diagnosing the issue and although it wasn't a plumbing issue he put our mind at ease and was very friendly.

Ben did an excellent job finding and solving a significan problem that I wasn't aware of.

Very prompt, courteous and professional. Did a great job and kept me updated throughout. Found a potential issue and took the time to thoroughly check it out and correct it.
