We had a partially collapsed sewer drain, discovered after the drain specialist cleaned it out and filmed the collapsed portion. They advised restoration with a "cure in place" pipe. Billy and crew who did that day-long job were professional, respectful of our time and property.

The work has been sloppy at best. Charged full price + for a team of people that didn't seem to know what they are doing. 5 days after 'the work' got done, we've had the laundry room flooded, the shower diverter shoots water out the back (never tested - twice), shower drain cracked and leaking, toilet not installed correctly...

Alex Dixon did a fabulous job inspecting our AC system. Alex found a problem with low refrigerant levels. Correctly diagnosed the Schrader valve to be the problem.
